Anyone here know of safe internet fonts that I can use so everyone else would be able to see them as well on their browsers without having to install a certain font?

And if I upload a font file on my server/host can I use the font from there if it is a irregular font so users won't have to upload/download some font file to be able to view the site in full action?

Thanks.

Should help a bit:
http://www.theinternetdigest.net/archiv ... fonts.html
http://www.ampsoft.net/webdesign-l/WindowsMacFonts.html
http://www.vortex.co.uk/content/editori ... ntbox.html

Generally, I tend to stick to the following:
    Arial
    Arial Black
    Comic Sans MS
    Courier New
    Georgia
    Impact
    Lucida Console
    Tahoma
    Times New Roman
    Verdana

As far as uploading your own fonts to your server, no. The user must have the font installed on his/her system in order for them to view it. The only ways that I know of to get around this is to use Flash or an image for the text that you want to use that font for, since fonts can be embedded in Flash and an image is, well, an image.
