http://www.decanter.com is the site i am working on. it all is fine up to a point. when i print preview it a scroll bar appears as part of the page to be printed. this only happens on IE. is there a way to remove the scrollbar on the print preview totally?

try it and see. in IE when you preview the page you will see a scrollbar. i would like this removed. can css do this or is it more painful than that?

Does this scroll bar show when the page is actually printed? If not, then ignore it.

If it does, please provide a screenshot and any more details.

I'm viewing Print Preview on IE 7 and it doesn't show the scrollbars.

But if it still shows up you can specify in css the stylesheet to apply when trying to print.

Code: [ Select ]
<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="print.css" media="print" />

If you are referring to the adjust margin things that appear in IE7 that "look" like scrollbars, not you can't get rid of them. That's an IE7 feature. There are no "real" scroll bars that print from your page.
