Not sure if this belongs here or in reviews, or in digital art, but I just wanted to get some feedback on this. I am not 100% sold on the navigation or the content area. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I want a large content area so when you view the portfolio the images are very large.

I like it a lot- it's nice and simple yet well-designed.

It might even be cool to put a little drop-shadow on the logo that touches the top of the photo's frame...

Do you mean instead if the tag effect go with a floating box?

Not sure.. I was just thinking that would visually connect the logo to the photo. A tag would cast a shadow too, right?

Right it would. Just to clear up what I am talking about I call the squares that bleed off the page tags because they remind me of the little tags on t-shirts and other clothes.

And when I think of a square that doesnt bleed i think of a postage stamp. I was thinking about doing a postage stamp and pushing it down below the orange bar so the navigation isnt split in half or I could have it so the tag starts under the orange bar. I was going to get to it last night but I got distracted.

I like the first one in your latest post ... it looks cool ... the one with the blue that does not overlap ... it looks sweet ...

I like the first one in your 4:15am post the best. Except isn't that picture in the middle going to be changing all the time? Just wondering if the blue area would be too opaque for some images if they had content on the right-hand side...

That doesn't help... everyone sees the time at a different time... Like for me, the post you are talking about is on "7:15 am" (I think... are you talking about this post?)

I like the first on on this post and the second one on this post.

They are both quite good. Sorry I couldn't give a better review... speeding to finish this before I go to work.

No problem. Thanks for the feedback I feel like if i go with the light frame on 3 sides it is going to need a little bit more of something. It feels like it is trying to go somewhere but I am not sure where to take it.

I think I have flushed out all the things with the sidebar. The top is for a small amount of content and the bottom is for more and the text will scroll in the window. Now onto the navigation, feedback and ideas are always welcome. Thanks for the great comments so far.
