The design looks like it was concept-made in paint, and the markup is the messiest rubbish I have ever seen for a div based layout. really.

If you live in britain and are a well educated computer user you will understand that Be have been considered one of the best ISPs in the country, and one of the only ones who you can trust to provide a great service. Now what have they done :S At the same time they have changed their contracts to 12 month only, just as I was about to get a 3 month one till my fibre (yes fibre mommy!) gets installed.

I use Verizon for fiber-optic in the US, they are one of the biggest telecommunications companies in the world, and they have one of the worst websites in the world. It is almost painful to use. I have to actually get drunk before I can stand using their web site.

Their support for the "non-infrastructure" side of things is also nil to pathetic. I think the big providers are like this, well, cause they can BE. Hopefully the infrastructure side is better mananaged, it seems to work and is insanely fast. Maybe working at one of these companies, the road crew are like the real talent who get paid serious union labour wages, then they save money by employing a bunch of dysfunctional morons to do the customer service and web front.

Well :S thats bad to hear, Be arn't really a big company... but er, they probably will end up like that due to increased advertising and a reputation for actually offering a connection.
The websites are usually outsourced, infact - they usually outsource every individual aspect of operation. Generally massive companies are just an administration group and a board of directors, then a whole load of middle sized companies are hired to do operations, marketing etc >_< it causes pretty much all that is wrong with the world.
