Hello guys. Its me again.
:D
I would like to know, if any of u have any javascript menu that works like allwebmenus (cross-over),the submenus opens in another frame...
or any script with submenus is good too...anyway , any site with javascrit menu with submenus...
i am getting pissed off with Allwebmenus....it isn't working...
I think that the microsoft IE patch(i've heard about one that changes pixels positioning),is screwing up my menu...i am sure the latest version have it fixed, but i don't have it :(
well...thats all. Thanks for your attention and help.

i'm not sure what you mean by a hand-edit menu, but the milonic menus are completely customizable. you can make them look pretty much how ever you want.

First: Sorry for my language...i didn't taught about kids watching this forum too...really sorry ok.
And...i'll look with more attention at milonic, because its the suggestion i most receive...
I hope it isn't like Allwebmenus (you can't use the menu onto your webpage).
And what i tried to say by "hand-edit menu" , its that i want a menu that i can make using javascript , without any software...
My greatest problem is with submenus...they're the ones who are exploding my brain...
I made a flash menu...and i'll look if its better to add submenus on flash...
i have to worry about the file width...i am not using frames anymore...i decided to use a "template page" to build all the other ones...
this template pages contains everything i need...
Those last days i learned too much about CSS.... i am tryng to understand how to customize a pure CSS menu i got from thecodeproject.com
but its hard...well
Again...i appreciate all help and attention i am receiving here.
Thanks
And...other simple problem...
why my scrollbar , sometimes loads from the external CSS and sometimes not...
Thanks for all your attention and help.

PLEASE don't use a javascript menu, they have really bad cross-browser compatibility.

rjstephens - most DHTML menus ARE a cross between javascript and css. Javascript written properly has no crossbrowser issues. After all, Netscape was the one that developed it. What else would you suggest?

i would use pure DHTML all the time. I have yet to see a good menu that was coded in javascript, while I have seen quite a few good ones that were written in DHTML. I would give you a link to the one I would use but I don't have it, I hate all of those menus, they look ugly and get on my nerves.

When I use the acronym DHTML, I intend for it to mean, loosely, a blend of Javascript and CSS.

I tried milonic menu, but i got " lost" on it...did not know how to use...
i would like to know how to make submenus on flash...an easier way...
and thanks for the link the the acronym dhtml...i will look it,and see if i'm able to build one...
Thank you all for attention and help
Pablo
WHat happened,is that...i always designed sites without submenus , and on flash...

Hey all new guy here. I've been working with menus for a while but found out a long time ago that they can be very very dificult to get right  . I just wanted to say one thing...... Frames ARE cool  :P  hmms they may lower browser compatibility but if you know the tricks (see how modest i am :P) you can use them to minimise time spent loading ....................

I know its a bit late but i like to stick to simple scripts and change them with graphic effects  . I use this site alot, alone it dosn't really work well with the themes i usually do but check it out ne way http://www.dynamicdrive.com DHTML scripts and java (your right i hate it too)

Cool.
Thanks for this site...it looks like it will help me a lot.
And frames aren't cool,because...
its hard to edit the "limited main frame", without exceeed your width space...
and, when a search engine like google founds you...you have the risk that it founds only your "menu frame" , not all your site...so you got lost.
And frames exploded my brain those last days...i am not using frames anymore. I may use later, in a new version...but not now =)

but i have a simple question...
i have a external CSS...and my scrollbar never loads...or loads sometimes
someone know the reason of it ? on a <textarea> of an form , the scrollbar appears...but not on the site. SOmeone can tell me a reason for this. It works only if i put the <style> command before everything on the file...

Thank you all for attention and help
Pablo
