A symbol next to your url in Mozilla Firefox

Hi all,

I allready noticed a few times that when I browse some websites there is a logo next to the url (top of page). http://www.ozzu.com also has this small logo.

How can I install that on my website http://www.luchtzak.be ? Because now I only have a blanco something.

its a Icon, a favicon..
