Table stretch, how

Look at the link, where ive sat my example.

I simply wonder, how can i make a table stretch itself from the left of the page to the right side, like @ the header of this forum?
Is there any way to do this without doing it manually?

I'm using Frontpage to edit my homepage, but when it comes to tables i find it sticky and hard.

Help

You want to set the width and height of the table.
Instead of saying width=750, or height=36, or what not.
Say "width = 100%", or "height=20%"
