Hi! I want to start developing my own website but I don’t want to spend any time learning HTML codes or whatever, I just want to get into the good stuff, is there any platform on any operating system that allows me to do that? Or must I go through all the boring stuff?

The "boring stuff" is what generates the "good stuff". If you don't want to take the time to learn and understand it, you have no businesses being in this industry.

It depends on your goals. If you have anything to say, just create your own blog. If you have any business idea, order website to developers, etc.

I can think of a great platform. Its called a Human. Your alternative to not learning how to do stuff is to pay someone who already knows how... (pretty much the same concept as fixing your car, painting your house, solving legal issues, etc)
