Is there an efficient way to design in CSS

efficient I designed two Css templates in my http://www.tasameem.net/store only each one in different way so I wonder is there an efficient way to design in CSS ...

As long as you follow the rules of how to use each tag then then really is no 'correct' way to code.

but following rules would mean that is the correct way... :shock:

But as far as efficiency? The time it takes to code, or the least amount of code? CSS takes longer then using say dreamweaver to create tables or photoshop to export some slices... but i just work from the outside in. (start with the site container)... I tend to comment my css code so i can easily get back in there to edit for cross browser compability

You mean to efficiently convert the psd files to html+css?
