Time Zone Converter

We conduct webinars and it would be nice to have a time zone converter on our website, not just a link to a website that contains a time zone converter. I scanned the Internet in search of free or paid time zone converter html script/tags but I cannot find any. I am assuming that I would need to have someone design one for me. Does anyone have any suggestions?

If you find someone who knows javascript or php or perl or anything else applicable, it could be done all those ways fairly easily I think.
