Tools, worth it?

Hey guys i need your help,
i ran into this website: http://www.webinterceptor.com and tried the demo, and some of the tools just there are impressive but i need to know if anyones signed up there before???

im poor and need to be really careful where i spend my money, this looks a bit too good to be true, is it worth it????

For $30 you can buy a book called "Search Engine Visibility" written by Shari Thurow on Amazon.com. This book is worth its weight in gold and will teach you how to get top listings the right way.
