If you want a semi transparent background for your menus, you could try a gif. Something like this, perhaps:

A gif which alternates a colored and transparent pixels is a 'decent' work around. It will work in other browsers as well.

The above image is just an example and the color may not be quite right for your particular page, but it should give you the idea. If you're interested. I'm guessing the background image that you are using for that menu is referenced in your menubody.js? 4.jpg I think. If you want to try it, don't replace 4.jpg with the gif. You probably already know that. 4.jpg is used as the background for the body and other elements.
