I can't have the same color in different divs? What's up with that?

With the validator I'm going to get a warning about that aswell ... I doesn't really matter though ... it just means yopu can remove that "background-color" from the div#header in my example and the result would be the same ...

those aren't errors ... they're just telling you that the colours are the same for two objects that are overlaying each-other ... that doesn't make the code "not-valid" ...
