Okay this one is a doozie!

I need to know how to submit a java form into prescribed fields in a word doc or PDF. I have not found a way yet. It needs to be able to keep the font styles when the info is inserted from the form into the doc.

Basically I want to create printable documents that are filled in when people fill in the web form. They go into templates that I already have. Like flyers and stuff, that's why when the form is submitted it needs to keep the already formatted font style that's on the template. I have all the documents already that they will be inserting things into but they are just your regular word docs.

Has anyone delt with that or know a way to do this? Respond quickly please.

I don't get what you mean by "java form". I suppose you mean HTML + JavaScript.

Anyway, I don't think there's a way to directly fill in a Word/PDF template. You'll probably need a server-side script to generate such a file on-the-fly. If you're using PHP, have a look at the Haru PDF library: http://us3.php.net/haru
