After reading a few documents about Usability of websites,
the outcome is, that frames are not good for usability.
The most named points are bookmarks and search engines.

My website uses frames with a full supported noframe area.
Should I remove the frames or leave my website as it is?

Please tell me your opinion about Web-Usability and Frames.

I personally do not perfer frames.
If the only reason you're using frames is so that you will not have to edit each page separately then its time to switch to php.

Use phpincludes and you can include a page in every page you like and have changes that occur site wide.

Use frames only if you are keen on keeping a set of items stuck on the page. If these items are ok to scroll then switch to includes.
