Webmaster / programmer wanted in Miami

I am looking for an internet developer who will be working on making evolve and develop new applications for Mobile Market. He or she will work in a PHP/MySQL Server environment for development of various web-based applications.

The office is in Miami, Florida (South Beach)

Necessary Skill: PHP, MySQL,
A big Plus: XML, C, C++, HTML, CSS,
A plus: Graphic Design ability
