Website header issues

Hey all,

I just installed this Wordpress theme and I don't understand how the header is stretched from the left of the screen to the right. How do you do this?

CSS. Use left: 0% and width: 100%

I disagree. should be margin:Npx 0px Npx 0px; But, then again, his site is offline, so i can't see what he means to be sure, so i could be sticking my foot in my mouth ;)
