Just wondering if any of you use wireframing in the beginning stages of your website design efforts.

Taking it a step further, does anyody use ITERACTIVE wireframing? Giving a client more control and interaction for the end product.

Apparently, using wireframing is supposed to cut time and costs of the website process by 1/3.

Can you define wireframing?
I have never heard it used when referring to website development. In fact, the only wireframing I know deals with 3D modelling.
