Well actually I use AWStats now 'cause it's provided with my WHM/CPanel reseller account but I used to have Power Phlogger installed & am considering setting it up again. If you have php & MySQL you should check it out. It allows you to monitor numerous sites, even set up your own stats service with or without counters/ads displayed.
