whats best IE, netscape or mozilla or....

In the past month or so i have learned a lot about web design and CSS. I think this forum has had a lot to do with that, so thanks for that! :D

I have come across a few problems with positioning and other things not working in different browsers. In my opinion, IE seems to be the best!

What would you say the best browser is and why?

I'm going to lock this one. As you said, it's been discussed, and no need to add a new topic on it. You can add more replies to that one and it will bring it back to the forefront in regards to your apparent question "What would you say is the best browser and why?"
