why my css cant be read in Firefox and IE?

i dun know y oni my side bar css cant b read in fire fox and IE. i do all my css coding in de same file bt for others part it is ok jz oni de left side bar css coding cant be read. It include the css i create to control 4 the text and back ground image. bt it is prefect wen i view in google crome. i dun noe wat happen. hope some of u can help me out!thanks you very much.

If you wrote that in perfect English, I would have being able to save 10 seconds and be able to help you faster.

Does anything under the CSS attributes for the side bar works? If not, check the CSS coding above the side bar to see for an unclosed '{' or any other possible mistakes.

I adlready check through and cannot find any mistake and it can run well in google chroome as well. Got friend suggested me to use if else in css is it possible?
