I hope you aren't planning to autoplay the files. And if it's up to download, then mp3/mp4 would be a better option (in my opinion).

But a quick Google Search revealed programs as well as online converters. I've never converted between these formats so I can't suggest any from personal experience.

Not sure if it will convert to .mid but I use it to convert mkv files to mp4. PLEASE keep in mind that video converting software will put a heavy tax on your computer.

https://handbrake.fr/ <-- is what I use.

Most audio formats, including Windows Media Audio (.wma), can be used to generate a MIDI instrumental sequence. It is best to use some dedicated MIDI utilities for this, or alternatively some good audio editing tools.

Why do WMA files sound differently if converted with different MIDI to WMA converters?

compression. Not all converters are the same. Also can do with the bitrate of the original file.
