Wordpress conundrum

How can I have multiple posts in different pages in wordpress?

i.e. I want to have three separate pages, but be able to have more than one post in each one.

I am not sure exactly what you mean, i know that the way wordpress works is each news post has its own page, but you can create a category in which they are all displayed.

I know you can click on the whole news feed and view all articles over a number of pages.

I think what claireo suggested is the best (only?) way to do this with WordPress. You basically just organize your posts into categories, and then display all the categories in the sidebar menu, sort of like they're pages.

Yea... That is what I figured I would have to do. Its okay though, I can make it work. Wordpress is a great tool, but this is one of its biggest content presentation limitations.

This was actually one of my first questions when I started playing around with WP.

Guys, I'm working with a new client who is migrating from front page to wordpress. The goal is to make it easier on them by making it easier to update content. I'm just the designer and it is my first wordpress template. This is why I had this question... FYI

Do you know of any good tutorials for the non-tech-savvy person regarding wordpress usage.
