Not bad for 14 years old. The layout is ok, and it should be pretty easy to keep adding new stuff to it. Duplicate links on top and on the right might not be the best way to do it. I like the links at the tops of the message window in the center, maybe you can stretch that out and put them all up there. Also, I think the home links should link to the news page instead of the entry page. Once you get past the entry page theres really no point in going back.

Other than that, there were a couple of spelling mistakes (piece/alraedy)
but overall the page is pretty good. Nice work on the drawings.

you changed it up a little. By RM2K3 do you mean RPG Maker 2003? Or something else? I didn't know there was a new one out so thats why I ask. I am getting broken links/images now too because of the change

Some navigation links not working. maybe get more links in the links section. Front page, use more color maybe, but i do like the colors you have now. Basically none of the pictures show up. Maybe updating the updates section? or updating your website? In the forum the logo is ok. Overall: scale 1-10...5

All the pictures are broken. All i can see is small red X's.
I get pop-ups when clicking on the links.
I think it needs a bit of work, but should be OK.

the art website has almost nothing on it. the image at the yop of the page is broken and theres some spam pop ups. The first thing i would do is get a simple 1 word name. The next thing i would do is spend 5 months packing the site with content.

I think that you should spend time thinking about content and what you want the site to be about, there is very little content which may put people off upon first glance, a little more content may make them depe futher into the site rather than leaving straight away. Although, there does seem to be a good basis with the layout

I think the colors are too dull... No offense. I like bright sites. As you can see here: http://www.crosspoint.org/youth.html I like color contrasts, yellow on black is an interesting contrast that you don't see every day. Just a thought.

That is why you should have Google's toolbar. It has a built in popup blocker. It is great :)
