I don't normally give reviews but since nobody has yet, I'll give you some feedback.
First of all it looks like a gimick advertisement. The large Headings and large menu buttons makes it "feel" like an ad for Acai berries or something. Also there are a LOT of typos and bad grammar on the site. And that big red button to "apply" is like shouting at me not to apply. We usually associate red with a warning, like at a traffic light, and it's having that affect on me. "Stop don't do it!"
It does not look like a banking website. At least not the ones I'm used to. Here's a few large banking websites. View them and compare them to yours.

In addition to simplicity in design and navigation, you might notice that even though those links are not SSL, they automatically redirect you to the secured area of the banking website. In addition, all four of those you'll notice display the "Verified by: Verisign Trust Network" in the address bar which is a clear indication that you are on a secured site. I don't see either with yours. I have no sense of security or peace of mind whatsoever, which if you are going to have any kind of financial transactions taking place you are going to need to provide your customers.
Lastly and the most obvious thing that is missing is I don't see a place to login. If it's there I missed it, and I realize I don't have an account, but every financial site I've ever been to you have a login/register option displayed, whether you are a member or not. The first thing that came to mind with your site is how would I access my transactions and account information once I do apply.
I don't think you are going to accomplish anything with your design as it is. Honestly if anyone signed up as a direct result of your website I'd be amazed.
