Not wishing to be harsh, but I would expect an SEO site to lead by example and have (for example) alt and title tags on images and hyperlinks plus a robots meta tag... pretty common stuff.

Just thinking out loud.

The left side of your header gave me the impression as if there was some loading error. It quite messed up.

Content is good. I like the favicon.

Looks a bit messy.
