I'm a bit curious how you are legally allowed to have those on your site. Is there some sort of license you have to imbed the videos in such a way? I had a video favorited on youtube, and it was removed because of copyright garbage all because of the song the guy had playing in the background.

Good Question, I am simply just displaying videos hosted on other sites like youtube, veoh, and myspacetv.

If it was illegal or infringing on anyone's copyright it will be deleted from those sites.

Nice banner first of all. Its simple but really nice looking.

The first thing I noticed was that your links on the top above your banner, when you hover over them, the font color is really difficult to see against your background color. I suggest you change it to something lighter and easier to see.

the top looks real nice and clean but then as you scroll down there were to many advertisements it cluttered up the look a little bit
