You have an extra <br> here
Code: [ Select ]
<a href="services.html" onMouseOut="MM_swapImgRestore()" onMouseOver="MM_swapImage('r3','','images/l3-3.jpg',1)"><img alt="" src="images/l3.jpg" name="r3" border="0"></a><br>
                                <br>
  1. <a href="services.html" onMouseOut="MM_swapImgRestore()" onMouseOver="MM_swapImage('r3','','images/l3-3.jpg',1)"><img alt="" src="images/l3.jpg" name="r3" border="0"></a><br>
  2.                                 <br>

It's alittle too white for me aswell...and you misspelled your URL in your sig too(too many "O's"). And I'm not so sure I like the swap images...I think they should fill the box, not just 75% of the box.

Firstly the W3C Validator found 8 errors in your coding, you can click here to see them in action ...

I absolutely agree with murcielagossi that those rollovers need to be the full frame ... Also you need to preload them, otherwise people with slower connections won't see them at all ...

Also please won't you disable the link of the page that a user is on, for example if a user is on the "contact us" page then you can disable the "contact us" link and make it another colour (or rollover state), so that a user knows which page he\she is on, and doesn't redirect to the same page that he\she is on now ...

I'm sad to see that you went the Tables route ... with CSS it is much easier to change the layout etc later on ...

Suddenly on the "services" page there are these blue links which look way out of place, they don't fit in with the colour scheme at all ... and on that same page there is no padding at the top of the content area, so the text touches the top ...

I think you can give the users a bit better error message when the form isn't filled in correctly, not just that page that you have now ... And also when the mail is sent you can give a more appealing page as the result ... (I was the one who sent you a message with "a" in it ... it was just a test)
