Like the simplicity of the site.

My only suggestion is the logo in the top corner has a white background and overlaps onto the gray gradient. If you make it a transparent png or gif, you'll solve that problem easily.

I like the simplicity, but as for me I would make the logo in header somewhat more... sophisticated or what. I mean the design is very clean, and I think it demands something that would stay on mind, to help the layout be more recognizable. IMHO )))

nice looking site but i have 1 small point for improvement.
try to make the text that is in lighter grey a little more darker then it would be easier to read and less hard for the eyes.

but you did a great job with it.

Safari can’t open the page “http://www.newtaresh.com/” because the server where this page is located isn’t responding.
