here is my C&C/advice:
-maybe change the backgound colour, no offense but the yellow colour seems unprofesional to me
-use tables to make your site more fluid, even just a simple bar on the side with different links, updates in the middle and advertisments on the right (if you want a right bar)
-keep all your pages to have the same look/feel.
-have desciptions, people want to know what's going on and what they are clicking.
-IMO you should get rid of some of the "clutter" like the advertisments, maybe have on at the bottom or top, but you shouldn't have a whole bunch.
-your search, just have a simple input form with search button, even if you just use google searches, because when I clicked on your search button I go to a page with a bunch of different search buttons, going to different sites, and they weren't in a fashnibly manor.

I assume you are pretty new to html, I would suggest to use tables and make a simple layout like I said before. even if you use frontpage or HTML-Kit to make it.

1.The Professional just cold color(Black,Gray ,etc..) ? It's a gambling site, Yellow does not matter.

Very simple website. Nothing seems to be impressive. You'll need to have a more professional website to attract visitors. Probably, you'll need to try to create a navigational buttons as well as having a proper arrangement of your content and advertisement. I would encourage you to create simple tables and arrange the content, advertisements and links properly...
