Hey guys ...

I am thinking of adding some extra effects to the flash banner - Any advice?

So what do you think of the site, does the color scheme put you off?

Have you come across my site anywhere before on the net?

I don't think I'll be making any changes to the site apart from the flash banner, so theres no need for an indepth review.

Please critique as much as possible however, be it SEO or design, e.c.t

All Reviews appreciated. :)

the forum looks great! nice work on that :D

as for the flash header, I think what's there is already too much and a
bit distracting. Anything else you add will simply be TOO MUCH.

My only real gripe wiht your site, and this is huge peve of mine, is the
fonts on your nav are blurry. They're not even flash buttons, so there
really is no reason for them to be blurry. VERY tough to read, so I would
clean that up. Since it looks like it's probably the layer effects you have
on it, I would simply change the glow or drop shadow's color to
something lighter. that way behind the dark text, it adds contrast the
nav bar.

Nice looking site overall anyway. Color choice works for your design, cuz
otherwise I would say to change it. :)

I like it. No dont add anything to the header, its good enough, 2 much will distract ppl. Your links are blurry, I don't know if you meant to do that or not, but i felt like picking up my granfathers reading glasses to see if they would straighten out. I suggest sharpening those. Nothing wrong with the forums that I could see. Lots of info and the colors arent bad. Its a very good site overall, just needs some cleaning in places.

Flash banner is wonderful and loads fast - thats one of my many pet peves - if I have to wait with broadband then it's too big ! The entire site looks gorgeous - the sort of thing I would love to be able to create. As above - I wouldn't sugest adding any more to the banner.

There is nothing at all wrong with the colour scheme - the shades of green don't clash at all, and the curves are nice - makes a change from the squares and rectangles we are used to.

I can't say that I have come across your site before.

This a very nice site - I'm gonna have a look through the content later, and wil probably be coming back :D[/b]

Yeah, I just skinned the forums and coded the site. I am not the supreme graphic genius.

It takes quite a bit of time, but to be honest it isn't that hard. The hardest mod imo is the profile cp mod on a heavily modded forum, when you haven't done a backup.
