Is English your first language? Needs proofreading.

First link left me wondering "What's this", knew it was about limo service, but did not entice me to stay on site or seek further info.

I thought the "Is English your first language" was rude, well, until I read your text. You really need to address the grammar and spelling issues on the site! I did not like the first link you posted but really liked the second one. It had much more color and was more professional. But seriously, have someone proof read your text prior to posting it!

Doesn't display in a 1024*768 resolution - criminal offence there is a horizontal scroll bar And the mouse-over effects only work on the middle link (lifestyle) until the flash has finished loading...

Nice design though, well done but needs tweaking...

and for that purpose not bad,
but I think that you will need more content if you plan to rank well in search engines, consider adding a blog or rss feed.
You should change Title tag putting the name of Colorado Springs first.

nice and simple design..great for navigation as it's not clogged up. More information should be able to make you rank better.

Our rates link not working. And I don't know if it's me or the site but the static images are loading very slowly.
