Hi,

I have my new website running now since today - www.consultsarath.com. Could somebody review the site and post some comments?

Thanks,

Looks slick enough, lots of content, links work, easy to navigate, colorful, as a user and not a techie I think it is fine.

Almost I could not open the website in Mozilla Firefox 3.5.9, took a long time almost a minute and that is saying a lot for a website on the Internet. The content is well distributed and most importantly communicate what you want to convey. Please improve speed factor.

Nice website, have little comments to add. Just maybe one: link your left-top image to your homepage, this way people have a fast way to go back to your homepage. Otherwise they'll have to look for the small "Home" link in the left menu, as I did.

asp .net vb mysql etc... Guys, WHAT exactly you do :)? This was my first question when I looked at landing page. You knowlidges are fine, but there are 1000 of ways to use them, so, what exactly you are offering?

Some small protion (2-3 strings) of text from "services" page should go to landing page with a big font.

Thanks guys for good comments. I'll consider all of them. I posted this quite long back, and did not get any response for many days. So did not check again for many months together. Please use the site if it is helpful for you, or get in touch if you need my service.

Awesome use of color and great content. I would only add that for first time popups simplicity is key. Less words more quick actionable statements. But keep it up!!

It's very good looking. It might be boring a little as well. The sharing buttons are red and it looks pretty weird. Each button in my opinion - supposed to be at it's own color (f/e facebook - blue).

I like the design but the latest article section is way to fast. I see an interesting article passing by and have to reload the page to access it.
Maybe you could add a scroll or something.

1) This page: http://www.consultsarath.com/CSSite/Contact.aspx you have a we're hiring button/gif that looks like it is from the 90's!!

2) Update your copyright details to the current year. Just looks unprofessional not doing that.

3) I dont like this page, http://www.consultsarath.com/search.aspx it just looks ugly with the adverts and the search texts "Search for in Google, Bing, Yahoo, Ask.com" Do you really need them? The font of the ad is different to the rest of the site!!

Sorry by the way to be brutally honest but I think that is the best approach.

Goodluck with thfe site.

I really like it overall, nice colors and it looks professional.

The only things that popped up for me was the scrolling news section seems short, maybe extend the height more.

And in the footer, the wide text in the middle left looks out of place.

Great job!
