SITE REVIEW: Crosspoint Community Church

The design is very nice and the page is very easy to navigate. The main page does seem a little boring, however. Perhaps some more graphics or a photo would help it?

I've always found those fancy page transitions to be a tad annoying, but that's just a personal thing. Also, the colors on the Youth Group and CPK Zone pages are a little...bright. The red on the lime green especially irks me.

The only other thing is that when you hover over 'Upcoming Events' it stays the light blue, thus making it hard to read. I think that's about all...good luck with it!

I’m not much of a religious site-user, but I’ll do my best.

First search for other churchy site: It’s the best way to know what people might be expecting. Also I like your little “news” tab. Why not put the same on the “Our Purpose” and “Our Vision” just to see what it looks like.

Your rollover menu box is gray, and I don’t think it fits very well. Your color scheme is blue, so why not use a light blue as the rollover effect to keep the page within the scheme?

Overall your page is very rough, and might need lots of work. But you’re getting the idea and the basic setup isn’t bad at all. Just keep twiddling and try to have fun doing it. Remember to look at other website to try and get an idea of what you really want.

the simple design lends to the functionality, but the right side graphic menu is looking problematic already. consider getting rid of the angle and just drop it down 100%
