The grey/white/black seems to not flow well in some sections like the poll buttons, also you may want to fade the logo into the backround a little to remove the edge or possibly frame it? Overall the site looks very nice as i just tossed in some nit picking items as thats all I saw! Very nice start so far.

smooth out the text [in the logo] a touch.. it's very jagged.
