It looks good but it badly needs to be adjusted to the left. There is a good inch of blank space between the side of the page where the main table begins and even more where the picture/logo is at the top. Everything else looks pretty good.

Actually in my opinion your whole site needs to be centered in the middle. Other than that its looking great :D

My review begins and ends with the pop-ups. I looked at the site twice and the first time got a pop-up to install GAIN Adware proggies, and the second time got hit with the Tempo versions. I've speant quite a bit of time trying to get rid of that garbage from my company's workstations.

My review of your site is this. As soon as I see a pop-up that tries to install an adware proggy, I never go back to the site. Period. It's a shame too - looks pretty interesting, but you completely lost me as a visitor with those popups.

If you have control over it, I'd strongly suggest nixing it. If it's your host that is doing it, I'd suggest a different host.

Your home page is centre justified, while the pics page is left. I prefer my sites to be left to leave room for msn, icq users on the one hand and when you have Fav/search open in IE it doesn't knock the page off to the right - it comes down to "who" will be viewing it and how they find it. My sites are found via search/ppc so all are left.
The site seems a little disconnected to me,,,maybe something to tie it all together,,outer border or something,,just a thought. Its also nice to have the header width match your lower tables--have the hat fall off the page to the right.
Overall nice job for a personal site!

are you aware that your initial page is well over 200k? My rule of thumb is 40k for a front page. 50k at the most.

Ignore what I'm about to type. It's a personal thing and not based on anything but preference.

.::THIS::. causes my brain to hemmorhage through my nose, ears, mouth and eye sockets. bleh.

yes. I think seperating your menu from the photo montage would be a good start. That jpg (top.jpg) is the biggest file at 67k.

Santahat.gif completes the montage and is the next biggest file at 43k. That one should really be a jpg.

The next biggest file is hacker.gif. This should probably be compressed as a jpg and not a gif as well, however because of it's composition it could be a little tricky. You might look for another photo to place there.

twintowers.gif and vaneo.gif are too big also (20k and 19k). Again you're using the wrong compression type.

I don't want to insult you, really, so if you know this just strike it. Jpg's are best for photographic type images and gif's are best used for solid colors. I don't see any jpg artifacting in your one jpg, but I do see some harsh dithering. I would guess that the image, or elements of it, have been compressed multiple times and that the last export to jpg was at too high a quality percentage.

All of your other dependencies seem fine, it's really the images that are tacking on the file size.

Cool man. You've got a really good additude. I owe you an apology for my brain hemmorhage comment. That was way off base and horribly unproffesional of me.
