Its looks very professional.

I don't like the pale header text though. Also i think the green is a bit too strong... except for that its a nice site.

My review:

- The top header image has too much green around the text. Make it not as tall, and make it wider, erasing the television. However I like the different pictures in the television, just cut out the television part!

- Your navigation is clean efeective. I like it.

- Your resources navigation at the very bottom can hardly be seen.

- The 'Search By Category' box has 'options'. What are they?

- The images on the right panel look like adverts, scatter them around the page abit.

7/10

The site does load slow, but I'm assuming you're in another country?

I'd bump the blocks with header and image (useful resources, featured activities, et. al.) to the top of the page and leave the welcome message on the bottom.

You should highlight your links on the category pages, they just look like text. Underline them or make them a more contrasting color.

The switch in color scheme when you click on the nav links on the upper left is very jarring. I assume this is a work in progress, but you should make those links work first, since they're the ones I was inclined to click on. Also, I like to be able to click on the header image to return to the homepage.

You should make better use of alt tags, most crawlers count these as part of your site's content. It also enhances your ability to show up in image searches.
