First thing I noticed, was that you have an excellent logo that stands out a bit but remains engaging. It fits the color scheme and is the first thing people might see.

You have a clean design that is appealing and efficient.

My only comment to you is: have you considered using hover effects or rollovers for your top navigation buttons? Nothing too flashy, but something simple.
