Well first of all i dont want to be mean just pointing things out the main text "click to enter" i think is to extreme and maybe chage it to a diff font?

The navigation menu looks very simple maybe if you added images instead of text or maybe flash buttons?

also the green is a little daunting maybe adding another colour to contrast with it.

and finnally not much content "latest work" thast all it says no images etc

the splash page loaded hella slow. the eye is kinda neat, but the rest of the page (not to mention typography) brings it down to that amatuer level. the bright green text counter makes it look like this is your first site and you're trying to find cool java scripts to add. changing link colors would be nice, and you should call yourselves web developers, not designers, since you code as well. your latest work doesn't showcase anything; you hype up being graphic designers, but theres nothing for me to see except that eye and a bunch of green!

Splash screen is fine. But there are lack of content ? And also, I didn't like the shrift you used.
