I have updated. As this is a template I can't change menu placements. I am afraid this is all I am capable of. I will look at other sites for better layouts based on your suggestions. I hope to find a way of learning to make a better website now that I have more exciting things to add.

my main issue is on the appointments page. I really dislike the long link one has to click onto to get to the scheduler. That is what the company sent me to include. I would like it to say appointments only. Not that horrible thing.

How is the font size? is it too small to read quick and easily?
