very poor design and poor web site structure/.
a lot of design bugs., (left menu, and below located banners, top menu...)
you need to fix it!
but first of all .. you should make good background color..and draw appropriate buttons...
in a word you need to change 100% of design!
good luck!

You have to start a totaly new design, this one is too bad to fix :)
Maybe you should try some open source CMS like Joomla and Drupal

I think that the menu buttons width is off? It needs to be resized.

And the logo still have to stop dancing. It takes your eyes off the content.

Ok here are some more useful tips.

The top nav buttons and the side nav buttons are different colors, design and style.

Consider this.

Create a top nav that is blue not red. Lose the side nav. Create simple text links at the bottom of the page that mimics the top nav choices.

Consider a white background over blue, but if you do want blue consider layering your colors in shades of blue. By doing this you create a 3D effect.

Choose arial fonts, they are more readable then times. And take off the italics.

Your website banner or brand/ID thingy that is bouncing around at the top is not good.

Consider a static image and create something that goes across the top of the page with a catchy subhead that sums up your business.

Well, that's it for now.

Let me know if you have any other questions.

Frank
