Was screwin around in flash for a couple minutes and put a simple mask effect over the globe. I think it looks corny but i thought i could get some people's opinions.

Another option would be to make each individual continent highlight in a timed sequence...

hmmm i don't know. I'll probably leave the flash out.

well, considering that thats really the most you would want to do to it, It really isnt necessary. Its your site so take your pick, but I would be like, why the extra work?

Made a new header image. How's it look ?

Welp, I think I'm just about done. Finished adding a directory to my site to increase page rank.

Only thing bothering me is the body bgcolor... Does everyone like the color I have it set at now ?

It's not bad, but as you are peddling your wares as a web design and developer you should fix a few things...

1) I saw this a few times... make sure your code validates. - this is a gneral rule for any 'professional'

2) make sure your site works on all browsers and platforms (please don;t forget the macs - this is a gneral rule for any 'professional'

3) if you want to pull in any gov't jobs, learn about Section 508 comliance

4) ditch the font tags, use css

5) if you have to put you company name in your title, put it at the end... SEO order matters.. peope are gonna search "Profesional Web Design and Development" way before they search for eWebDevelopment

6) doing a lot of things with images that you could do with css

7) I hate tables for anything but table data... use css

main page cntent text header (in the h5)... h5 does little more for you than BOLD in the eyes of a search engine.... change this to an h1 and use css to control how the h1 displays

9) maybe putting a 1px border around the content blocks that have images on top and bottom would elp separate things, maybe make it worse
