My first site I made for a client

It's currently being hosted by me until I recieve the money for the site, then it will be transfered to their server.

The purpose of this website being..... ?

It looks alright, and I know it's for a group of gamers, but I couldn't understand why this would even need making? Are they going to hold tournaments online or is it just a "this is us" homepage?

Ok then let me review this and tell people why we go to the effort of making a website like this. I have invested several hours in my own clansite http://www.eurr.co.uk

Sites like this provide 3 major functions:

1.Attract new members
2.Inform current members of upcoming events (news or forum)
3.Team and moral building via forums to talk about tactics and offtopic.

http://www.jako.us/ea looks stunning and it will help attract new members. Now I have taken a look at the site and it runs reasonably fast on a 4mb connection though it would need testing on a 150k

You also seem to have in mind all the functions a site should have so well done m8.

Is it deleted The site doesnot open at all.

The site is up and works fine. Takes 10 seconds to load on my 4MB ADSL line but most users will be on 500/600k connection and the odd few like me home only have 150k and so will take a lot longer to load but its not too bad.
