My 2 cents.

Not a bad site :) Loads quickly and & it's scalable! Also pretty interesting topic.

On floaters.php:

- spelling mistake in first paragraph "preventtion" should actually be "prevention" in another paragraph I found the word "treatment" misspelled as well. I didn't bother reading anymore of the pages but I'd suggest doing a spellcheck *before* posting your information online.

On articles.php:

- Is this supposed to be a title? "IconMicroscopic Anatomy of the Eye"? because it seems to be in the same font format as the other titles yet it's not lined up as a title. I think you're missing a paragraph tag or breaking space tags. Check your code.

On /sitemap/sitemapper.php:

- I don't think the sitemap is working properly. I just checked the link and I think you have an extra dot in the URL which shouldn't be there.

General comments:

Is it necessary to have the first letter of the beginning of a paragraph/title bolded and larger in size? Personally I'd say remove it since it makes the site look odd. Especially on the top right hand corner and the left navbar. Mabe have sub menus with bulleted lists so they stand out more.

All in all good work and with these small tweaks you'll be well on your way :)

Hey there.
Good page alltogether I would say.
Just one thing caught my eye, being into graphics...
Your logo is black on blue background and looks jagged (gif).
Maybe change the black into something else and work on the jagged edges.
Otherwise...like it.

hmm...with the banner, what if you went from solid blue to a white->blue gradient?
it would take out the aliasing problem with the logo, and still have the blue for the nav
the site is nice, love the css and the alt+ links.
nice colour theme, seperated footer, good content.
solid site.

I don't really like the artwork. If you could improve the design, get better graphics it would look better IMO.

Thanks all for the excellent feedback :)

I've updated the site as per all of your suggestions and got a better logo in place... what do you think of the changes now?

The banner looks fine BUT the fonts that you use for the banner looks is not very suitable for me. Others looks fine. Good Job!
