This one is great, well done.

Website is very organised and easy to navigate. Imagery makes it really interesting to look at too. Colours used really complement the site.

I like the banner that you have at the top of the page. Well done! I think towards the bottom, your design tends to stray a bit from what you have set near the top of the page. You have a lot of white space at the bottom and very little Orange. I think you should incorporate more orange into the bottom footer area to kind of bring it all together.

Also, I noticed that you have a small content area on the right side of your side menu. I feel that this small content area is hidden between too much ad space and will hardly get noticed. May want to consider moving those around a bit.

Looks pretty, and clean. But, really boring (for lack of better word).
I suggest you add some "2.0" into it.
Spice it up a bit.
