Haven't tested, but your site color is a bit sharp to me. I feel dizzy.

I like the blue since i like blue but a recommendation on your progress meter you should add a percent so people know how long before the file is done my music site has a percent progress meter.

The red at the bottom is very harsh. Pick a different color on that.
