Ask yourself what your site offers that the millions of similar ones don't, and start from there.

Design wise, its very clean and simple, which is good.

I agree with frih, the logo could be improved, remember you want a logo thats a little eye catching and perhaps even clever looking, something that users will remember seeing.

What logos/brands can you think of off the top of your head, that have stuck in your mind & think why do you remember them?

Mcdonalds, coca-cola, microsoft, cars....

Anyway im blabbering, good luck with the site. Promotion wise theres good articles on this site and useful videos on seo optimization on you tube.

the login form is at bottom of page?!
although u have alink to login at the top, maybe
put the form in the right hand side of the log/top bar, and replace the bottom login form fields with just a simple link to login

You have a nice, simple and eye catching forum.
My congratulation.

I think you have to change your Home page Title tag.
Current title tag is;
"Flex Webs Forum - Index Page"

I don't like to "Index Page" coz it's reduce your site quality.
Please, think about that.

I think the site looks good. It woul look a little better if you made the page a little wider. Like 980 or something close to that. I think it will look good and be able to blend in adsense when/if you do that.
