Are you allowed to show that picture of the Sun server? I would think you would have to display a trademark notice. Also, why does the illustration of the guy have no face?

Both of the images on your home page are facing away from the content. This is poor design. You want to draw your readers eyes toward the content. You should flip your images in photoshop 180 degrees.

That flash banner is pretty nice looking, but has a little too much going on. I think if you just stopped the text from moving back and forth it would be a big improvement.

Also, you don't see too many sites that are left-justified these days. It might be nice to center it.
