Thanks truce for cleaning the code, its so messy bcoz of PHOTSHOP slicing also I am making a software called HTML Code Cleaner which will automate and make ur code W3C and XHTMl compliant.
Also, the tags are for better search engine placement.
THANK YOU very much for ur effort of cleaning the code, but can anybody suggest or provide an example on how to make my site redable on all resolutions.

The site is readable on all resolutions. If you simply align everything to the center, it will look best at all resolutuions. It will take up the screen on 800x600, take up most of the screen on 1024x768 while leaving a little white space (which makes it look good), and it will do the same in 1280x1024 but with more white-space.

You are welcome for the code cleanup, I don't know where all of your resources are located and such so I didn't do the whole page.

Maybe there is something going on with your link or with my computer right now . . . but I can't get your page to finish loading. It's loading very s- l - o - w - l - y.

Maybe this is just a one time thing, or maybe there is something you can do to increase the speed the page loads.

I noticed your text is still black...hope you fix it soon. Were your google ads white before? Try a light, unsaturated yellow - maybe #DED9A7. I didn't try it on your bg but it's a starting point.

I like your green colors, you should definitely keep them. Also the top menu looks good... until the menu windows come up. grrrr...

Also, never, ever use underlined text, especially not in heading text. People will try to click on it expecting a link.

Just use a normal link and make the target _blank

For example here would be a link that opens in a new window and passes the referrer tag:

Code: [ Select ]
<a href="http://www.bigwebmaster.com/" target="_blank">Webmaster Directory</a>
