SITE REVIEW: Funny Pictures Website

As it is, the site looks functional and easy to navigate on. For my taste, this is good enough but you might want to consider more AD placements in the future. Just make sure you maintain the ease of use and navigation. =)

I like the idea. It's always fun to look at funny pictures. As far as advertisement, I would go with words-only ads insteady of images.. It kind of take the attention away from the funny pictures, and that's what the site is about.

Site seems simplistic enough. But you may want to think about using thumbnails for your pictures. It may just be me, but I may be curious about what pitures are there for some catagories, but the patience isn't there to look at every single one.

nice concept. just work a little bit on the design. header look okays. but it seems like all of the piece not blend together.

I'm with shatter2day ... I'm not patient enough to go through all of them one by one ... It would be nice if you could add a gallery instead of just having them one by one ...

Then the "Next" button seems a bit too old school in my opinion ... I'm sure you can use an image for that button instead of just a standard button ...

Then also you could make the button of the page that a user is on unclickable, for example, if a user is on the "Top Rated" page, make the "Top Rated" link unclickable ...

Also after having sent an email from the "contact us" page, maybe give a littel bit more than just "thank you" ... Something like "Thank you, your email has been sent and will be viewed by one of our staff members shortly" ...

Then also on the "Partners" page you can add some rollovers to the links to make it a bit easier for users to see which link he/she is hovering on ... And to make it look more like a link

Ok, a few things:
You have used tables for the layout.. which should be forbidden, but you could at least fix:

by adding the closing >

The default option for the select tag should be #3, good...

I like the navigation rollovers and stuff.. oh, in firefox the left side of the side bar boxes sticks out 1 pixel too far.

You have a script tag right at the beginning within the body tag... why? when it should be in the head tags

as for the next picture button, is it actually random? If so.. make it say that, and provide next and previous buttons. also you should be using get data not post data, that way people can send the url to their friends and you get more hits.

Oh, a brilliant addition would be a comment system..

I like it. Nice pics, easy navigation, maybe yes, you can make some changes in design, improve it, but still it is very nice

Good job! There is just one little issue I would like to point to: the menu that you placed right at the top of the page is a little hard to note. I think you could place it on the left hand side. Other then that, great job

you might want to show more than one image on the homepage - better still a number of cropped images for each of the cattegories
